At Beyond Bootcamp we combine fitness, fun and friendship

Established in 2007 we have been ... down at Eastern beach come rain, hail or shine. 

We offer a combination of workouts including fat blasting interval sessions, fun filled boxing and tough conditioning style sessions. We like to keep things interesting to keep everyone on track and motivated to achieve their fitness goals. 

At the start of each new program, we take a baseline fitness assessment involving cardio and strength exercises. This offers a great opportunity to monitor progress and see and feel the changes to your mental and physical health.  

With regular participants, you’ll experience awesome group dynamics. Our trainers pride themselves on creating a supportive and welcoming environment no matter your fitness level or experience.
